so far so good on this, only drawback wish the biggest cup was 12 oz, but I have learned to work around that, so if you want a bigger serving you may want to go ahead and purchase the Vue system that allows you to make a larger cup and choose your coffee strengths.
No waste, with our regular coffee maker we were always throwing out unused coffee.
You also get a variety of samples, wish they had put some hot chocolate samples in it, and more teas. We do not care for the bold coffee, so far our choice is the Nantucket and the Hazelnut.
Others have made comments about the noise, it does make a noise when pumping and heating the water, it is not as bad as some make it out to be.
I also recommend you invest in a couple of the Ekocups they are wonderful & easy to use.
